My exact 7-step Method to Close Clients on Call

I suck at being a Salesman.

Yet, I closed 3 out of my last 4 Client Calls.

It isn't difficult if you have the exact method.

Here’s how I did it:

(Pro Tip: Avoid telling your offer in the chat. First bring the prospect on a call.

This makes the conversation more real. That's how I do)

This one is a bit longer than MY usual threads.

Alright, let's go 🚀

1) Homework

Before the call, I research the prospect thoroughly.

Understand their:

• Business

• Industry

• Needs

• Pain points

This will help you tailor your conversation and demonstrate that you're genuinely interested in their needs.

2) Rapport Building

As soon as you enter the call, show your personality.

Greet them warmly, ask about their day, and find a common ground.

You can also do small talks.

Avoid being a robot.

This makes the relation strong and turn the convo towards a bright direction.

3) Ask, Shut up & Listen

Start with a powerful question like:

"I know a bit about your needs already, (from the chat)

But I would love for you to explain them in your own words so we can be on the same page!"

Then, Shut the fu*k up & listen!

Ask further more important questions like:

4) The Real Game

The most crucial part in the call:

How you present your solution to their problems.

Once you've understand their pain points, show them your expertise.

Tell them more about what can be improved to bring on results.

Everyone doesn't wear the same style and size of clothes right???

So as your client.

• Goals

• Results

• Needs

Would be different for each client.

It depends on your problem solving skills.

Craft a perfect solution to help them with their needs.

Best way to do that?

Let them know, what you've already done.

• Your Works

• Previous Results

• Testimonials

In between, try to get micro agreements from the prospect as much as possible.

Use phrases like:

• "Do you agree?"

• "Am I right?"

• "Does that make sense?"

I won't lie you this....

When I was a beginner, I didn't had any previous results.

Therefore, to show the prospects my authority,

I used to show them the results which I didn't generated.

(Fake Results Indirectly)

Most won't like this thing, but I was confident enough that I can bring the same results for them as well.

When you are a beginner, the only thing you can sell is your confidence. Remember that!

As they say: "Fake it, till you make it."

That's how, I got my 1st breakthrough. And I did achieve those results to keep going.

Okay enough!

5) The Offer

This is the point, you tell the offer/price to your prospect.

How to do that??

Use this:

"So, I've understood all your needs & pain points

And I have the perfect solution for you.

I'm confident, we can achieve that if we work together with great determination."

For a project like this, which would include:

• X items

• X results

• X (List the services you're about to offer)

The total investment would be $ X,XXX.

Does that sound fair enough?"

BOOM. Take a pause. Let them make the next move.

6) Walkthrough

Got you agreement??

Teach them about the onboarding process.

• Terms

• Payments

• Gurantees

• Initial Plans & Process

Awesome!

7) How to end

After I'm done with everything, I ask my client a powerful question:

"Before we start the fun work part, I just want to double, triple, quadruple check.

Is there any other reason you wouldn't wanna move forward?"

This question helps you with 2 powerful things:

• Uncovering Objections:

Sometimes, prospects might have reservations or doubts that they haven't expressed earlier in the conversation.

• Building Trust:

When you show that you genuinely care about the prospect's potential reservations, you build more trust.

That's it!

Remember: The more you do it, the better you become at it.

Practice is the #1 Key for success in selling.

Alright! See you in the next ones💪
